• I need ideas on this.
I need to sort submission by members class during “OnlineCompetition”.
As of now submissions are like ‘DIGITAL’ or “PRINTSBNW’ etc…
In Entry Wizard, I have not found a way to apply a class to a member like class A Class.
In the WordPress user profile, normally there are no choices for adding another field, unless you use a plugin.
Even I would add a field to the user profile in WP, can entry wizard collect that info now?
Could I pass that info to OnlineJudging, if field from WP were available?
Other than adding a field to the submission form asking the member to enter its class for each submission?
    or creating competition type as DIGITAL-A DIGITAL-B PRINT-A PRINT-B ?
(That will be ok for just a couple comp types and a couple of classes, but for lots of those combinations, will be hard)
    Is there another choice?
    Thanks in advance…..

Is there a way to update a submission after is entered?
Which bring another question, Is there a way to create a field and not be shown in the layout?
Lets say I have field Class, not required.
Can I, as admin go in and edit that submission of such field after it has been submmited?

    1. EWZ does not provide a way to add information about a user, but there are other WP plugins that do. We use CIMI User Extra Fields. It provides a function that, given the WP user id, returns the value of the “extra field”. See the file “ewz-extra.txt” that comes with ewz.

    2. Yes, as of version 1.3.14 you can edit data after it is uploaded. Click Manage Items in the Data Management area of the webform admin page, and read the help item by the bulk actions dropdown. Unfortunately, you seem to have found something I overlooked, and there is currently no way to edit an optional item if the member did not fill it out to start with. I’ll look into the possibility of fixing that in a future release.
