How to sort FAQ in a topic

  • Hi mikebang,

    I’m only another user, but I think I can help.

    If you go to “Sort FAQs” on your dashboard, you can click and drag. For my own organization, I have the first “topic” all dragged to the top, then placed in the order I want. Then I begin the next topic.

    I made a similar post and can not get the ‘Topic’ to show on my FAQ page to group/categorize the FAQs. Can you tell me the short code for this? Thanks.
