how to solve the following issue on Add New Plugin page

    when i try to click on Add New Plugin in wordpress admin panel, i see following message and cannot proceed.

    Plugins extend and expand the functionality of WordPress. You may automatically install plugins from the WordPress Plugin Directory or upload a plugin in .zip format via this page.

    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.
