    Hi,

as I said, Looks like easy at first to set a box, but after ???? How can I use it on my site ? How can I activate a box on an existing page of my site ?

Nothing tell us HOW to use it ???

Something says “Manually by clicking a link or button”. OK but when I try to add the name of my box on a link, it never find it !

I want to use it with normal interface, not by writing any code

I understood that help is here:
??Here is a link to our documentation: https://kb.boxzillaplugin.com/and and of course feel free to ask any questions in the support forum.??

unfortunately, the link I received does not work, it does not explain how to refer to a created and published box from a page of the site.

Hi, the link to the KB is https://kb.boxzillaplugin.com/ (without the /and in the end) not sure why it came over like that for you.

Once Boxzilla is installed and activated on your WordPress site you can go to the Boxzilla menu in your WordPress admin. There you can click All Boxes, and then click the “Add new box” button at the top of the screen to create a new box, or hover the mouse over an existing box and click the edit link to edit that box.

In the next screen you can give the box a title, and put whatever content you want into the box. Underneath the content section you can set the conditions for the box, eg on what page you want to show it, where on the screen you want to show it and if you want to pop up the box at a certain scroll percentage or after a certain number of seconds.

If you need more specific guidance, please let me know exactly what you are trying to do so that I can give you exact instructions for your situation.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

    Hi,

I would like to get the box under a link associated to a word or a paragraph or image on a page of my site. But when I try to associate it and type the name of the box in the editor field, it does not find it.

And I don’t know the complete URL of my box

I got it by choosing one of the possible options to show it.

But I realise that it’s not the right plugin I need for my aim. It will be useful for some pushed features, not to show specific file regarding visitor actions like clicking on a link.

In that case, when you edit the box, under “Auto-show box?” set it to “Never”, and on the top of the page set the “Load this box if” setting to “everywhere”

After saving this, go to Boxzilla > All boxes, and note down the Box ID number, showing in the first column.

Now, on the page you want to show the box via a link, select the text or image you want to link and click the link icon in the toolbar. Manually fill the link #boxzilla-123 (replacing 123 with the ID number of the box that you just noted down). and press enter or click the return icon in the link field to save it. WordPress won’t auto-suggest this type of link.

Now when you click the link, it will open the box.

If you use some caching service or plugin, don’t forget to empty the cache before testing the box.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

Thank you so much or your help. clear enough.

I watch this page at first, but it explain the same by writing code. with your explanation, I can do it simply without writing code.

Should be nice to start the page you suggested, with your explanation first.

    Regards.
