How to show User Email in Account page if it disabled?

    Hi, I have a situation that users should not changing their emails after registration.

    But when I unchecked the checkbox this field disappeared from account page of user.

    I was hoping that the field would become uneditable as shown for the nickname. And it simply disappeared for all users except the site administrator. The site administrator always displays this field. Is it possible to somehow fix this?
