How to show title and description

I am trying to have the title and description shown automatically. Now it is only shown when the user hits the ‘more info’ button as seen here: https://seepixels.com/?page_id=12. I would like to have it shown as seen here: https://www.petercallesen.com/paper/a4-papercuts/
