How to show the form in a new window

Hi,
I dont get the form at the fontend in a single window, but all the fields are embedded in the site where I embedded the scortcode.
Global setting is “_blank and it does not help adding the link_format=_blank”.
[email-download download_id=“735“ contact_form_id=“739“ link_format=“_blank“]

If I have 20 independent downloads in one page this is not a good solution for me.
