How to show tax amount charges

    So I recently purchased the WP Rentals Theme based on what I believed were reviews I could trust. Not that they weren’t exactly being honest, but they may not have been within the USA since non seemed to mention how difficult it is to be transparent with tax charges as required in the USA. The Theme uses charges inclusive of taxes while in the USA it is always exclusive of taxes and then added to the total sum to initiate a final “Total Amount”. Every customer sees the tax charges amount seperated from the product cost and that tax amount is the same the store would report to the IRS as collected from the purchaser. Hence the customer pays the tax charge not the store. Anyway, the theme seems to suggest there is a way Woocommerce can show these charges when generated a bill and how to go about setting it up. But for dear life I can’t seem to get it to function. What am I doing wrong and how can this be corrected? Can anyone help with this?

    2. I have not created any stores or products based on the information provided by the developer that the theme is built for easy Woocommerce integration.

    Just to confirm we are on the same page: As I understand you want your products to show the price with the taxes, correct?

    If that’s the case, you need to change the price display options, which are now set to not show taxes.

    If you do that, we do suggest also entering the prices with the taxes to avoid possible issues and miscalculations ??

    If that is not the issue, do you mind sharing more details so we can make sure we properly understand your goal?

    I need to show that taxes are being charged and the amount it totals prior to adding it to the final amount due.

    To display the taxes being charged before adding it to the final amount due, in the “Price display suffix” field, you can add a text like “(incl. %tax_amount% tax)”.
