How to show tags below a single post

  • My template does not have any way to display tags belonging to a single post, underneath the post. Like the tags in the grey boxes below posts like this.

    I can have a tag cloud, but that’s not what I want. I would like to have tags show up below my posts as in the example above. Can anyone help me find a plugin that can do this?
