How to show summary instead of full posts on homepage?

    I dont want to show full posts on homepage, but instead show only summary of each post. Can this be achieved?

    1. Select text where you want to keep read more button.
    2. And finally click on read more.

    I am using the “Continue Reading” button as well. Is there any way to translate this button to German? And if so, how do I proceed? Best solution would be to alter or create a language file without touching the hard code.

    PS: Using Settings –> Reading –> For each article in a feed show –> radio button “Summary” has no effect with this theme, right? In my blog, always the whole article is displayed unless I use the “read more” button in the editor.

    update: @shapedtheme I have just suggested about 30 German translations for your theme, and I think this button was one of them. So maybe the language problem is solved if you approve my translations.
