How to show submitted entries to a particular registered user

    Hello,

    How can i show a particular form entry to a particular registered user?

    For example:

    Lets assume – 3 Cities – Newyork, London and paris. (This as a location selection)

    And 3 Registered users – X, Y and Z

    Based on the location i want to assaign the entries to a particular user.

    User X should be able to see Newyork Entries

    User Y should be able to see only London Entries

    User Z should be able to see only Paris Entries.

    How can i do that on forminator?

    Hope you are doing fine!

    Currently it is not possible to filter submissions based on logged users out of the box. However let me share this request with our Second Level team to check if it is possible to add custom code to achieve this functionality. Keep in mind though that providing a solution will depend on how complicated including this new code may become.

    Also, take into account the Second Level Support team works with more complex issues and their response may take some considerable time. Once they have an update a response will be added in this thread.

    Hi @sudheer4465,

    We got further feedback from our developers and I’m afraid, unfortunately, such a workflow will require a lot of custom coding and is outside our scope of support.

    You’ll have to hire a developer if you are looking to further tweak the workflow regarding this.
