    Hi,

The abandoned emails are sending emails with the price excluding vat/tax. Here in the UK we show the price including tax and therefore we get responses asking why the price has dropped as the price shown is excluding tax.

Is there a way to change the function to show the price including tax?

    Thanks

    Hello @campkins,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Yes, you can also show the product’s price with tax and shipping fees.

You need to add the filter provided in the below doc in the function.php file of the child theme.

    I’ve the same problem.

With the addon in functions the prices are not VAT included:

original price VAT 22% included 13,50€

with the code added as you told in functions the price in table is 11,07€ that is exactly the price without VAT.

plus now appear the total of the cart that is ok but is not necessary.

Because we work in marketing could be better to avoid or to have the possibility to show the total yes/no to hide the price column (yes/no) and if yes to show VAt or no VAT included because sometimes have no price will force the customer to return back to check.
