How to show Post only in WordPress in Specific category

    I want to create a cateogry where i want to show only post heading and then if any want to check that click on the heading and then it show the complete post of for example IESCO Duplicate Bill if someone want to check their bill they should click and then it shows the complete posts. can any one help me with this.
