I’m trying to use the popup maker plugin. I want a pop up to appear when text in a particular cell of the table is clicked. I can’t figure out how to add the text of that cell as a trigger in popup maker

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

Unfortunately, I’m not sure how I can help here. You’d have to ask the support team of the Popup Maker plugin to find out what ways there are to make links to popups.

    Regards,

Do you know any other way to create an overlay window when a link is clicked (with or without a plugin)? I don’t have to use this plugin but it’s supposed to be the most popular.

Hey tobias. You may be able to help. in this response you said to use the shortcode in the table cell:

    can you elaborate?

    Hi,

my guess there was that the Popup Maker plugin offers a Shortcode to place the text with the link/hover feature for the popup. You can probably find more information about this Shortcode in the Popup Maker plugin’s documentation.

    Regards,
    Tobias
