how to show parents page title on sub page (title tag)

    Hi,
    I have several pages and sub pages on my website and I’d like to change the <title> tag in the header for sub pages so it shows not only
    “Sub page title | Blog title”.
    My idea:
    “Sub page title – Parents page title | Blog title”

    Is there a way to add this info?
