I can’t think of a way to do this that doens’t involve custom code, which is outside our scope of support.
The reason is because the [jobs]
shortcode outputs both the search/fiilter box and job listings by default: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/shortcode-reference/
So while it’s possible to omit the filters, it’s not possible to omit the job listings themselves. You’d also need to wire up a way to redirect to job listings from the search filters, once you figured out a way to display that on it’s own.
That said, you might take a look at this plugin (not made by us): https://plugins.smyl.es/release-announcements/search-and-filtering-for-wp-job-manager-beta-now-available/ I’m not sure it will do everything you want, but it might help get you pointed in the right direction.
