How to show only parent pages in A-Z listing?

Hi,

Wonderful plugin.
Thank you so much for it.

I’m listing a lot of pages and I’m not able to make use of the different shortcodes in order to hide all parent pages.

Note: I have many different parent pages and child pages. I simply want to HIDE all child pages, irregardless of parent page ID.

Doesn’t seem like this is possible right now is it?
On my site, I’m looking to only display top-level pages (Country name) in A-Z list, not everything else.

Is this possible?
Can this feature be added please? ??
