How to show latest 3 comment only in front page ?

hi guys.
i using code below to make the comments can show in my blog front-page.

<?php global $withcomments; $withcomments = 1; ?>

but i dont want fully show all comments from each post.

How to limit the comments to show only “3” comment in front page from each post, thanks”
