How to show header section first

  • Hi guys, first of all im newbie in this forum. So please forgive me if i put this topic in a wrong category section.

    Im also newbie in wordpress sites, but i can learn fast. I would like to ask for a help for my site speed improvement.
    I have been trying all I can to improve my webpage speed. I managed to score A93% B84% at GTMetrix, they say my site speed load at 3,2s

    btw, my website is https://digitalsense.co.id
    Its an ecommerce web. Im using VPS webuzo

    However my factual experience when I visit the website was longer than that, a lot longer…
    So can anyone help me by appointing what did i do wrong? or point where should i fixed?

    And also i would like to show at least my header part (logo, menus, etc) first while the site is loading the rest. But the web is showing blank space, after that it shows everything.

    Please help me. I appreciate any help or suggestions. Thanks before
