Yes. You can customize settings in each posts.
Set depth in metabox or shortcode settings.

Thank you for the reply. I’m sorry but I misunderstood the term “depth”.
What I’m trying to achieve is to only have table entries which are smaller than H1.
In other words, I don’t want to have the article title as first entry in the table of contents. Is it possible to set it up in a way that H1 titles are excluded?

Also, H1 title seems to be shown in a different color for some reason (turning it invisible, in the case of my website):

In new version of plugin you can skip headings by level (H1-6). Try this. I hope this resolve your problem.
