How to Show full image in thumbnail in wordpress

Hi, i create a site for my client and i added a recent post on my homepage. the post images(Featured image) displaying as thumbnail but images under post thumbnail not showing in full size. I want to show full size image in thumbnail not a cropped image in thumbnail. Can you help me how i can show full size image in thumbnail.
