How to show formatted HTML for the %event% variable?

    I just installed on WP3.5.1 and it all seems to work fine. However, the bullet lists we have for the %event% variable for the event’s description do not seem to be formatting correctly. We have line breaks too, but everything appears as one big unformatted paragraph. Is there a quick way I can fix this in the code?
