I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from www.remarpro.com here.

Correct but does not mean someone here can’t put me in the right direction or something. I figured it would be simple. guess not.

We will be glad to assist with theme issues when they are from here and not a third party. We do not have access to (paid themes), nor are we familiar with free themes that appear online elsewhere. We cannot possibly provide support for each site online that has decided to host downloadable themes. Your support option is with theme provider, or use one of the many well used and popular ones from .org above, which require specifics to be listed here.
