how to show due amount on latest order

WooCommerce currently doesn’t have a built-in feature to display the total due amount from the previous order on the next order invoice. However, you can achieve this by using custom code or plugins that allow you to manage customer’s credit and debit on your WooCommerce store.

You can check the WooCommerce Account Funds plugin which allows customers to deposit funds into their account and use that as a payment method. In your case, you can manually deduct the due amount from their account funds which will be reflected in their next invoice.
