How to show description in back-end table

    How to make “Description field” hideen or not required at posting new ticket. I neeed to be show in ticket list table or to be not required at posting new ticket.

    Hiding description fields is not possible in current version. We are going to introduce this option next version.

    If it helps, we just made an extra custom field and use that as the display in the backend list. You just have to change the label on description to allocate it to something else. users will often just put a . in the field to pass validation. Annoying, but works for us.
