• Hi,

is it possible to show content blocks, created with this plugin, in a post or a page, not regurlary in each post or page, but case by case?

    Thanks.

I got it, in the sidebar when you create a new snippet are the shortcodes listed:

But it would be great, to have a button within the Visual editor of posts or pages to add a content block shortcode, instead of grabbing the right shortcode from going back to the list of my created shortcodes.

Above the TinyMCE editor there is a button which is labeled ‘Insert content block’ which triggers a popup that enables you to insert the shortcode for a specific content block.

If you are using the new Gutenberg editor, this button is not available yet and you will have to find the shortcode using the method you described above. In the future, I will definitely improve this.

    ah okay, I understand, thanks.
I am using the theme ENFOLD and it uses within its “Advanced Layout Builder” the normal TinyMCE, but there I do not see your button. I only see it in a blank page where no layout builder is used.
Note: I do not use Gutenberg.

The plugin does not add a insert button for the content blocks in TinyMCE when using a pagebuilder like that of ENFOLD theme.

On a normal page, without pagebuilder, it appears:

Other plugin are successfully adding their buttons into the TinyMCE of the pagebuilder – except of yours:

    any idea please?

Hi, the screenshots you made have nothing to do with pagebuilders. To prevent a loop that can bring your site down, I have disabled the ‘Insert Content Block’ button on the content block edit page and that is why you don’t see it.

Hi, thanks, but I don’t mean the “content block edit page”.

I mean when editing a normal post or page, I don’t have this button, when using the pagebuilder (ENFOLD Theme).

When I look at your 3rd screenshot in the plugin description here, there is indeed a button, but not at my end:

How can I get it back please?

I have no button to insert the blocks: https://imgbox.com/JoHHC1tu
    No idea?

Again, your screenshot ( https://imgbox.com/JoHHC1tu ) shows that you are editing a content block (Inhaltsblock).

You cannot insert a content block inside another content block to prevent looping issues. That is why on the ‘Inhaltsblock bearbeiten’ page there is no button to insert another content block.
