    How are you doing today?

Can you please let me know which protection rules are you using for posts in your admin in Membership 2 -> Protection Rules, possibly add screenshots to all rules related to post so I can take a look ??

    Cheers,

    Hey again nguyenthixuan151,

I was looking for any other protection rules or combination of rules which could possibly caused this behavior, I did saw your screenshots and I was just wondering if there are additional rules or add-ons activated.

I did test this by only using more tag protection and everything seems to be working fine:

    1. Logged in with access https://screencast.com/t/gkqFVgoJA3H

    2. Logged out, no acceess https://screencast.com/t/vn5UGyMPRyO

Can you please try deactivating other protection rules just for testing purposes, if everything works I’ll need to try to setup the same behavior on my end to see if this is a possible bug in the plugin.

    Please let me know ??

    Cheers,
    Bojan

I use Category, Special Page and shortcode add-on.
Do I need to add the user to Default Membership? Or all user is default to Default Membership?

Could you please send me screenshots of all setting of Default Membership you did on the test site?

    Hey nguyenthixuan151,

Regarding Default membership you don’t need to add users to it, this membership level is automatically added to all registered users that do not have any level if that makes sense.

With that being said I wasn’t using default membership when I was testing this first time but rather standard membership. I’ve tested Default membership and this seems to be a bug as protection rules regarding read more are not being applied properly when default membership is being used.

I’ll report this to our developers so they can investigate this further.

In the meantime you’ll have to use standard memberships for this. You can create a free membership where users can sign up to.

Thank you for reporting this ??

    Cheers,
    Bojan
