How to show both logo and title in the topbar

I’ve added a logo, and added a title, but I can’t get both to show. As I edit the title I can see it updating live, very briefly, but then the logo replaces it. I’d love to have the title appear next to the logo, in my chosen font (and hopefully know the additional CSS to set the title’s styling.

I can’t give a link to the site, as my staging site is on my localhost.
