How to show backorder status?

    Is there a way to show the stock status of an item? I have an item set as available on backorder but notify customer and it is not showing that on the invoice or the packing slip.

    Hello @panzitta

    Did you set the backorder notification after or before the order take place? Let me know.

    It must have been after, or something else could have happened.
    I tested it again with a fresh order and it does in fact display the backorder status in both the invoice and packing slip. Sorry for the false alarm.
