How to show all posts?

Hi there,

this is most likely a very boneheaded question, but I honestly can’t find the answer. Any help appreciated.

I have a theme with a top navigation bar; in it are links to a bunch of pages, as well as the “blog” part of the site, posts sorted by category.

When I click on the ‘information security blog’ link at top right, I want it to list all posts, regardless of category (or the latest x number of posts, anything but a nonfunctional link.) Is there a link or plugin I can use for this? By default, my template uses /# which does nothing.
