    Hi there,

Thank you for your excellent plugin.
I am having trouble with getting the plugin to show in header area.
In the settings, when I select the search form, it will not stay selected –
So when I go to Settings < Header and select the form to save from the drop down, nothing happens – it stays on none.

As well as that, I am trying to display it in the navy “pre-head” header element, right at the top of the screen.

Is something like that possible with this theme and your plugin?

    Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Yes you can display search form in the header by configuring it in the plugin settings.

It seems you are configuring the plugin settings correctly but I am not sure why the header option for you defaults to none as it is working fine for me and other users.

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Ivory Search plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any or use following plugin to check it.

Thank you for the prompt reply.
I have deactivated all other plugins but the issue persists.
I have cleared the browser cache and do not have any caching plugins enabled.

Is there something el;se I can try to do to troubleshoot?
    Many thanks

    Hi there,

I can confirm that the site is running on PHP 7.0.
Here is a link to show the before, During and after images as it happens on the site.

Basically nothing happens after I click save – screen just goes back to how it was previously.
