How to show 2 different aspect ratio product images in shop?

    Hello,
    The products in my shop have 2 different aspect ratios, one being horizontal and narrow and one more tall vertically when the product is opened.
    On the product page you have to scroll down to view the second image and there is a large white-space that is taken up by the 2nd image when clicked and the space is filled.

    Any ideas or suggestions? This must be a common thing since not all products will have exactly the same size photo…

    Hi Frank,

    I do see what you are talking about here. Have you tried using the Live Preview feature on a theme like Twenty Seventeen and viewing that same product? Does a similar issue exist there?

    In the current theme, I see there is a slider in use for your product images. There is one 404 JS error that could be causing issues, but I’m not convinced 100% it would be the reason why the product page doesn’t adapt when you view a landscape image.
