How to shorten default title on pages and posts?

Hello!
My default title is “The Inspired Life – A New Generation of Fulfilled Leaders”, as you can see, it is composed with 2 shorter title. But the title is very long with the post’s or page’s title. Is there any way how to shorten the main title? I would like to shorten post’s and page’s titles from “Post title | The Inspired Life – A New Generation of Fulfilled Leaders” to “Post title | The Inspired Life”
