how to share access details with pre-launching buyers?

Thanks a lot for using Tutor LMS and contacting us. Have you published courses already?

If you have published your courses, your buyers/students need to create an account on your site and they will able to purchase the courses.

If you are using the WooCommerce for selling courses, you can activate the Guest Checkout option. So they will able to create accounts on the checkout page.

I have not published any courses yet but I already started to sell the course via WooCommerce and some people bought this course already. Now my question is, how do I connect these people into the course when the course goes live? Thank you

You will need to enroll those students programmatically if you are using the free version.

Using the Enrollment addon of Tutor LMS pro, you can enroll them very easily. Here is the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/s7b4zt.

Thank you so much for your help. I am using the free version for now but considering to buy the PRO version very soon. Could you please be so kind and tell me where do I insert the php snippet into using ftp? Or is there any other easy way to do it? I really need to get it run and enroll my students before the 1st of May ?? your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Ewa

I apologize for the delay. I assume you want to run the programmatically enroll code and not sure where to apply the code. Right?

You will need to apply the code on the functions.php file of your theme. The file path will be like this: wp-content/themes/your_theme/functions.php.
