How to setup right sidebar on BLOG

I have just installed and activated this theme for testing. Went to /blog page on my test site and see the right sidebar just fine out of the box.

Does it not appear in your Posts page? If so, what is the URL where the problem can be seen?

Problem can be seen here: https://111.118.173.162/~leaders/category/news/

I created a page called “News” and set it to have a right sidebar.

And I created a Post category called news.

I’m not sure how I am to supposed to set this up.

Go to Appearance->Theme Options->Design Options->Default Layout Options
Check on right sidebar radio button.
Click on Save all Changes.
