How to Setup page for new and existing users

    Hello. I am looking for a user guide. How to setup pages for existing members (not all, but some) Also, how will I add new/future users?

  • Hello Karen,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    If you want to generate Private Pages for all your users you will need to go to Users -> Client Portal Settings -> Generate Pages.

    If you want to generate pages for individual users you will need to go to Users -> All Users -> Select the user -> Bulk Actions -> Create Private Page -> Apply.

    To add new users as Admin you can go to Users -> Add New.
