How to setup feeds for comments and incompatible archive error

Hello guys will someone help me to setup feeds for comments with feedburner. I tried searching the net but found nothing.
Also i am getting a error when tring to update a plugin or installing it through my admin panel i.e.
incompatible archive
please guys help me i am really fead up of this error
