how to setup cmp subscribe form

Hello, I’m using Construct theme and want to use the subscribe form to capture emails of any visitors while I’m doing my site build.

I will just simply use CMP custom subscribe list.

The form looks ok on the Coming Soon page but the “submit” button appears to not work when I tried to enter a test email.

I see there are two fields “insert site key” and “insert secret key” in the basic setup form area where that is setup– does something need to be entered into those? (I don’t know what those “keys” are or what they do, or where to find those keys).

Also, I checked “enable Captcha”— but is there more to do with some setup to make that work? Does something else need to be setup with that or is checking the box “enable” enough in the basic setup?
