How to Setup Based on Cart total

    I need to setup based on Cart total
    eg:
    Minimum Order | Maximum order | Discount
    1000 | 1999 | 20%
    2000 | 2999 | 30%
    3000 | * | 40%
    like same way of Quantity based setup

    please support this requirements
