It’s essentially a plug and play plugin. You just install it and activate it. After activating it, go to users. Once you choose a user to edit, the option to enable Two-Factor authorization will be available for the user. You can choose what type of 2FA you want for the selected user you are editing.

More information is on their readme.txt on Github:

    Hi,
but this procedure leaves it up to the user to decide what kind of authentication (and if any) to use. But I would like all new users to have one set by default. Can you set it up somehow?

@koki1 Yes, there is an open issue for adding a settings page like that — currently it is up to the user to enable and configure any of the second factor methods.

    Hi all
I would like to test this plugin. I was able to activate it via the user profiles but I would like that the user is able to use or not use it also that he can decide which option he want to use. But how can I add this so that user is able to do it? It would be great if it can be added in the users accounts page.
Is there a step by step instruction available?

    Many thanks for your help.
    Stefan
