It’s a good plugin and easy to set up by category. However, it overrides the Printify shipping charges.

For example, In-house product category A shipping cost is $10 and shipping category B is $20. When both are in the cart, I want the $10 to be waived and the total in-house product shipping charge will be $20. It works perfectly as it supposed to before adding Printify products, let’s say P.

When A and P in cart, if I add B , then shipping P will drop off, and the shipping charge will be $20 in total.

When A and B in cart, if I add P, then shipping P won’t show. The shipping charge will be $20 as well.

When P in cart, if I add B then add A, it is fine, but not if I add A then add B, then shipping P will drop off.

How to set up the third party shipping in this plugin so it can stand-alone and won’t be affected by the shipping charge override of in-house A and B products?

    Thanks.

    Hi @wonderwooman,

Firstly, I must say your WordPress username brings a smile to my face. ??

Moreover, thank you for appreciating our plugin and I am glad it is easy to set up.

    Regarding Printify shipping charges:
Thank you for sharing a to-the-point example. We tried setting up a product from Printify but we will need some more information from your side on this.

Could you please create a support ticket here: https://imaginatesolutions.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new ?

We can have a detailed conversation on the ticket since there will be some critical information that you might not want to share on a public forum.

    Regards,
    Dhara Shah
