How to set up two news pages based on diferent categories

Hi I am setting up a site that has two news pages depending on the category that the story is placed in.
https://stmartinoftours-org-uk.greenstrata.com/category/create-2/https://stmartinoftours-org-uk.greenstrata.com/news/
However any news story I put under the category create-2 also appears in the other news page and also when you click to read the story it shows in the other news template style https://stmartinoftours-org-uk.greenstrata.com/2010/12/peom-of-the-month/
Can anyone help or tell me where I can find the info to set this up correctly – actually knowing if this is even possible would be good.
