How to set up terms & conditions check box

Hi, thank you for sharing the URL. That was written two years ago by Mobster. He created the code himself and is asking if you want the code to get in contact with him.

The alternative solution at the moment would be to add some text above or below the button that states by clicking on the button you agree to the terms and conditions. You can place a link for them to read the terms and conditions. That would do the trick.
