How to set up post double opt in download pages

  • Folks – apologies in advance for what will likely strike you as a stupid question and is likely simple.

    I have a web site ready to launch (www.bodyshapeshiftersonline.com) and part of this wordpress blog is an aweber opt in squeeze box (give me your email in return for a free report).

    My question is where do I & how do I set up & store the free report so that I can direct folk to it after they sign up for them to download?

    I have read / watched all of the documentation I can find – Hostgator sent me to a Programmer’s Forum and aweber has not been helpful to date…

    Help please…
