How to set up international shipping

    hi,
    i have set up a flat rate for domestic shipping which works fine.I am trying to add a flat rate for international shipping as well but having trouble doing this. It doesn’t look right when i view this on the shopping cart.

    By the way i am selling clothing!
    I am using woocommerce
    Could someone please give me step by step instructions. Thanks
