How to set up English and Chinese links?

Hi, I have a website which use the Link Manager as one of the widget in the footer. I would like to ask, how could I set up the links so that the English website would only show the English links. For Chinese website, how could it only show the Chinese links? I am using WPML for my Chinese translation, but I cannot find the strings for translation in WPML. Please kindly advise. Many thanks.
