How to set up blog subscription on blog page

I’m trying to set up a blog subscription signup button or form on my blog page where people can simply input their email address and click subscribe, which will then alert their email for future blog posts I make.

The web developer creating my page said they weren’t familiar with how to do this. I’ve seen it done on hundreds of websites and have spent hours upon hours trying to figure it out on my own. It doesn’t seem like it should be too difficult, but I can’t figure it out. I’ve been tinkering around with elementor for the past 8 hours, but nothing seems to work.

If you browse over to https://stillwriters.com/blog/ you will see the subscribe button. Does anyone know how this can be turned into a field that will alert people’s emails when a new blog on the page is made?
