How to set thumbnail image for Facebook.

    I am new to making websites and things. I currently have a website its https://www.rutoutdoors.com I am wanting a set image to show up as the thumbnail when our website is shared via facebook,twitter or other platforms. Can anyone help me as to how I accomplish this and get this done.
