How to set the 'starting' amount raised?

Hi there we are movin a client to a new site that includes the Seamless Donations plugin! I like the plugin lots but where do I set the amount that has been raised so far. ie we dont want to set the amount to zero from the day the site goes live as the charity has already raised 100s thousands of Euro, a staggering amount. Please help!!!
