How to set the maximum number of tickets a user can submit

    Hello,

    Thanks for this awesome support plugin. I have a couple of questions.

    1. How to limit the maximum number of tickets a membership user can submit (i.e. Siver: 10 tickets, Gold: 30 tickets, Platinum: 50 tickets)

    2. How to set the text character limit of the description box (i.e. 1,000 characters)
